At Lakeland Baby and Teen Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
